巫崇榆小姐於2008年畢業於香港理工大學職業治療學,並於同年起受僱於醫院管理局(醫管局)工作,及後於2013年修畢精神醫學(思覺失調學)碩士課程。
巫小姐臨床經驗豐富及廣泛,除醫管局外,她曾於不同機構擔任職業治療師及管理的工作,包括仁愛堂、心光恩望學校。服務對象包括特殊學習需要的兒童及青少年、受不同程度身心影響的成人及長者、以及照顧者。巫小姐深信有透過意思的活動(Occupation職業)能夠為身心帶來正面的影響;全方位及以人為本(holistic and client-centred)的治療方案,有助提升個案自主健康的能力。
除治療工作外,巫小姐同時醉心教育工作,望可薪火相傳培育更多未來的專業人才。所以巫小姐曾於2015-2021年在香港理工大學康復治療科學系任職臨床導師(職業治療),現職香港大學專業進修學院保良局何鴻燊社區書院高級講師。
Ms Mo graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy (honours) in 2008. And she further completed a master degree of Psychological Medicine (Psychosis Studies) from the University of Hong Kong in 2013.
As an experienced occupational therapist, Ms Mo has been contributing to both clinical and educational aspects in the field. Clinically, she acquired expertise in managing health issues ranging from orthopaedics to psychiatry; served clientele from infants to the older people. Ms Mo believes that engagement of meaningful occupations would bring about positive influences to mind and body. And by means of holistic and client-centred approach, everyone could optimize their ability to master their own health.
Educationally, Ms Mo engaged in training over 200 occupational therapists since 2015. Currently, she is the deputy programme leader and senior lecturer at a community college, and continues to serve people as her greatest life mission.
